Epifany Skin Care stands behind the products we sell. Before being offered to the public, all of our products go through extensive real world, in-salon testing. This ensures that the best possible products are offered at retail.

Epifany Skin Care is a salon exclusive line that is only available in registered salons.

Epifany Skin Care is confident that you will see great results while using our products. We are so confident that, we offer a full refund to retail customers that are dissatisfied, for any reason, with their in-salon purchase.

Refund Terms & Conditions;

1) Refunds will only be issued on products purchased in a registered salon. Unauthorized internet or other retail purchases cannot be guaranteed, as significant tamper risk exists in such environments.

2) Refund returns must be accompanied by a verifiable copy of the original in-salon sales slip that includes salon name & address, purchase price and date of purchase. This enables us to track your original purchase and determine if a problem exists in the field.

3) Refunds shall not exceed the suggested retail for a given product.

4) Returns for refunds must be shipped F.O.B. to the address provided.

Epifany Body reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above stated requirements. To submit a return request please contact us here so that we can forward a return authorization form to you. Limit one offer per household. Excludes salon employees. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
